What is the typical turnaround time for products?
Normal turn-around varies by product being produced. Generally orders will take no more than 2 weeks.
Is shipping US-only?
Yes, we only ship within the continental U.S.
Are there care instructions included?
Yes, care instructions vary by product and are included with each delivery. We also have care instructions online under our Product Gallery.
What are the image requirements for printing?
Sending logos and graphics, for optimal results, must be in high- resolution at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) preferably with a transparent background. Images taken from the internet won’t work as they have a low dpi. Any additional work on designs or images will cost extra per hour.
What if I received a damaged or faulty item?
Shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product.
Faulty product must be reported within 1 month of receiving product.
Do I have to pay in full up front?
Yes, full payment is required to start an order.
